1. General Policy

By enrolling in any course or even by buying any service using our Website, you are in agreement with the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Any cancellation or refund requests should be done in writing and sent as an email to the company. The day of cancellation will be the day we get your written request.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

2.1 Course Cancellation by the Institute

In case UV Technocrats cancels a scheduled course, batch or training session for any reason, then the enrolled students will have a right over one of the following:

• Full money back on the fees paid on that particular course; or
• Credit to a different course or to a subsequent batch at no extra cost.

Cancellation of programs: Within 15 to 30 business days of the cancellation notice, a refund will be issued.

2.2 Cancellation by the Student

The students can terminate the enrollment and get a refund under the following circumstances:

1. Withdrawal within the Cooling-Off Period

• Within 7 days of payment:
  • In a case where there is no course access or no materials delivered to you, you will be entitled to full refund.
  • In the case that course books or access have been received, a refund can still be offered but at our will with deductions.

1. Withdrawal After 7 Days and Before Course Start:

• The Company has the discretion of giving a partial refund after the deduction of the administrative fees.

1. After Course Has Started:

• Once the course has started or you have accessed learning materials, you have attended the sessions or availed the Services, you will not be refunded.

The eligibility of refunds is always open to verification such as confirmation of either provision of course materials or access.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Some of the fees are non-refundable such as::

• Registration/application fees.
• Processing or administrative costs
• Late cancellation requests that are not within the rightful timeline of the refund.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed through the mode of payment that was used at the point of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Any approved refunds are to be made within 15-30 business days upon the date of the refund approval.

More time can be taken, depending on the payment gateway or financial institution in certain instances.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Send an email to with the subject: “Refund Request – [Course Name]”.
2. Include:
• Your full name
• Order or transaction ID
• Course name and batch details
• Date of enrolment
• Reason for cancellation/refund request

Your request based on the refund will be recognized through email and will be instructed on the course of action

6. Dispute and Governing Law

The laws of India govern this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Any controversy emerging out of this policy will be under the sole jurisdiction of Pune Maharashtra courts

7. Changes to this Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy can be modified whenever we feel the need to do so. In case we change anything material, we will revise the date of the last update displayed at the top section of this page and inform you on the Website. Such changes will be accepted once you continue using our services, which means that you accept the new policy.
