At UV Technocrats & Solutions (we, us, our), we will ensure that our learners get meaningful employment opportunities upon completion of their training and certification programs (Courses). The following Placement Policy describes the organization, qualification, duties, and provisions of the Placement Assistance Program, which our students are given.

1. Purpose & Scope

This Placement Policy is aimed at defining:

  • The placement support services are offered by UV Technocrats.
  • Participation requirements and Eligibility criteria of students.
  • The roles and responsibilities of both students and the Placement Team.

This policy applies to all courses learners who want to use our Placement Assistance Program and seek assistance regarding placement.

2. Important Disclaimer: Placement Assistance, Not Job Guarantee

Placement assistance is a facilitation and support service offered to deserving learners.

UV Technocrats do not assure employment, job opportunities, certain salary rates, duration of employment, and the place of work. The employers always make final hiring decisions depending on their own criteria.

Students have a role to evaluate employment opportunities, terms of the offer, and choices that will meet their objectives in the career field.

3. Eligibility for Placement Assistance

In order to be enrolled in the placement assistance program, students have to:

  1. Complete the taken Course and obtain a certificate.
  2. Must be qualified for placement as decided by the support Team. 
  3. Submit correct academic documents, a professional CV, relevant portfolios, and needed documents.
  4. Take a part in pre-placement training programs, seminars, or classes as necessary.

Students who fail to attend their classes or lack credentials might not be eligible unless they complete it.

4. Registration and Consent

  • Eligible students are required to formally enroll in placement assistance under the support Team.
  •  Students register and show that they agree to be involved in the placement activities and are inclined to the terms of this policy.
  • Students should also submit a valid resume and all information contained in it (educational levels, contacts, etc.) should be correct.

5. Placement Assistance Process

The placement assistance process might involve:

  1. Reviewing and optimizing the resume.
  2. Mock interviews, examinations, and professional skills training
  3. Sharing job opportunities related to your Course with the job seekers.
  4. Organizing the contacts with the students and potential employers (pre-placement discussions, interview arrangements, job orientations, etc.).
  5. Mentoring and feedback during the placement process.

All the placement-related activities are supposed to be actively engaged by the students and they are expected to exercise professionalism in their encounters with recruiters.

6. Job Offers and Participation Guidelines

  • In case a student gets a job offer under our Placement Assistance Program, he or she must notify the Placement Team immediately.
  • Students can get several opportunities but after an offer is accepted and finalized, further placement help can be restricted according to the nature of the offer.
  • Students are needed to follow every timeline and instructions provided to them regarding interviews, examinations, or pre-placement conversations by the Placement Team.

7. Student Responsibilities

To ensure that placement assistance is effective and just to everyone:

  • Communication with the Placement Team among students is required to be regular..
  • Students ought to turn up at scheduled interviews, assessment test and preparation sessions on schedule.
  • During the placement activities, the students have to follow professional behaviour, conduct and dress code.
  • The placement program can result in the disqualification of any misrepresentation of credentials, academic records and job interests.

8. Placement Records and Data

UV Technocrats & Solutions can keep in-house databanks of placements such as the companies reached, the positions available, and the successes attained. Nevertheless, the placement results of the individual students are confidential and are only disclosed with permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

UV Technocrats is not liable to:

  • Any job opportunity that is withdrawn or cancelled by an organization..
  • Delays, choice of selection, interview outcomes, or remunerations provided by recruiters.
  • Any choice students make upon job offers.

The placement assistance services are distributed on an as-is basis and are meant to supplement and not to substitute personal job search.
